License Statement

The operating system preinstalled on the Ghost Drive devices is a modified version of Tails OS (The Amnesic Incognito Live System), which is distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License, version 3 (GPLv3).

This license grants us the right to use, modify, and distribute the software, provided that the corresponding source code is also made available under the same license.

Ghost Drive Service Ltd. hereby declares that:

• We fully respect and comply with the terms of the GPLv3 license.
• We provide full access to the modified source code used in Ghost Drive.
• The source code is publicly accessible at: https://ghostdrive.mt/source

Customers are encouraged to inspect, study, and reuse the source code under the terms of the GPL license.
